BODHI AUSTRALIA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
 
Our 2024 AGM will be held by Zoom 2 PM – 3 PM Eastern Australian Standard Time (AEST) on Saturday 25 May 2024.

  1. Present.
  2. Apologies.
  3. Ordinary business.
    1. To confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting held Saturday 20 May 2023 and of any general meeting held since that meeting. See.
    2. To receive from the committee, auditor and servants of the Organisation reports on the operations and transactions of the Organisation during the last preceding financial year of the Organisation; (i.e. reports from the President, Treasurer and Secretary for calendar year 2023);
    3. To elect the officers of the Organisation and the ordinary committee members;
    4. To appoint the auditor and determine his or her remuneration;
    5. To appoint a Public Officer;
    6. To determine the remuneration of servants of the Organisation.
